Pilots and Cabin Crew cannot be organ donors (after death of course).... is this true?

Question:

Answers:
It really depends on where they die. If they die at the scene, they cannot be organ donors, but they could be tissue donors (once coroner's office gives the okay if autopsy is performed). If the person dies, the organs will die once the heart stops perfusing (pumping) blood to them.

If, on the other hand, they are put on respiratory support by an emergency crew, but are subsequently declared brain dead at the hospital, then they could be organ donors as well as tissue donors, again only once the coroner gives the okay after an autopsy is done, if necessary.
Not true, as long as they don't have HIV or anything like that.
I work as cabin crew for a UK airline and i was a registered organ doner but due to illness i am no longer allowed to be.
