so, i was curling my hair ,with a curling iron, and i got burned. i put on some cream, and it helped a little, is there anything else i can do? right now , the pace where it's burned is red. will there be a scar or something? its 2:30 now, will anything still be noticeable by 3? or more likely 6? anything would help! thanks

It's good that you put some cream on it. Try keeping it cool with some ice (wrap it in paper towels, do NOT put it directly on the burn). That should make it feel better and reduce the redness. It's unlikely that there will be a permanent scar, but it may still be slightly noticeable this evening (it won't be as red as it is now, though).

You can use polysporn with vitaminE. I was told to use it when I burned my hand really bad and the hospital also uses it on burns. Was told to use it daily after my hand had healed to lighten the scars that were left. Gl
