How can I grasp to sleep?


When I'm utterly not tired? I should go to bed right immediately. It's 1:42 AM and I don't want to sleep in tomorrow. Help!

some things I've tried
*taking NyQuil, but I don't want to become dependent
*systematically relaxing respectively part of my body (doesn't work)
*clearing my mind of thoughts (impossible!)
*just lying nearby


Answers:    I feel your niggle. I discovered something that is colloquial and WILL put you to sleep. It's called, Melatonin and you can grasp it at any drugstore vitamin aisle. I usually get the 5.mg ones, and two of those babies knock me out. Do you enjoy any Benadryl around? Take 2 with some milk. Those will produce you drowsy as well. Hope you can win to sleep.
workout and excercise about 4-6 hours since you plan on going to bed. trust me, it works.
