Remedies for insomnia after doing cocaine?

I listened to a drug campain commercial on the radio a long time ago, it was a girl after she died talking about how she couldn't sleep after a night of cocaine partying and she took nyquil to go to sleep and died in her sleep. Don't take anything, you need to just try to stay still and relax as much as you can until you can nod off. Its tough, but you have to pay the piper!

I had a HUGE coke addiction, and could fall asleep right after..my buds hated me for it...trick, deep breathing, you can slow your heart rate down by breathing deeply, feel it all the way down, get in a good quiet spot and feel each breath, and tell yourself that you are calm, safe, and relaxed...and also know coke can be fun once in a while..but is SO addictive!
Just because it is there does not mean YOU need to use it...
I still party, and have fun, but don't touch the stuff, even if it is buffet style!
Not to be smart ***, an no I have not used, but have a very close family member who did. There is no remedy, and if you take anything to try to counter the C, then you run a huge risk of o.d, and mixing chemicals. Here's the thing, if you don't want to be up for days, don't do it. It's stupid to do anyway, it a night of what you think is fun, worth all of the things that can go wrong, heart attack, up all night and day's , comming down, guilt, illegal, need I keep going. DON'T GO TO THE PARTY. Those aren't good friends, they are asociates, if drugs are htere. Don't be stupid!!! Next thing you know, you will be asking how to get into rehab

As a tobacco user I hate moralistic preaching regarding my habit. I also know the consequences of my choice. It sounds like you also understand the consequences. Just go with it.
