How to get my energy back?

What's the best way to get your energy levels up and get motivated? I've been so flat for so long, and really unmotivated. It makes normal task in my everyday life so hard to do. I have tried so many supplements but they don't seem to help. Does anyone have any recommendations?

-Motivation to exercise!! ex. a wedding, reunion, spouse
-sleep at least 8 hours
-eat less than 30% fat in your diet and less than 10% saturated fat
-DESTRESS- this is key. If you seem to think there is no end to all the errands you run and tasks you do, you are probably right. Try to cut back on extras, such as volunteering for others, until you get yourself in order. Also, getting rid of excess junk lying around helps.
-pray about it & attend church- this helps create balance
-ask for help- recruite kids, spouses, or whoever applicable to get tasks done.
