Is caffine bad for you when you have a cold?

i have had a cold for 2 days, and today i've drank lots of tea and a mocha frap from starbucks. i feel better now that i've had the caffine, but is it bad for you while you have a cold?

Along with the problem of dehydration mentioned above, caffeine keeps you awake, whereas to get over a cold the best thing to do is get some rest.
