Yesterday I was feeling really icky, then last night I puked twice. I'm feeling a bit better, but my back kinda hurts and I feel really droopy. I'm eating an apple right now, my favorite food, and I can't really eat much of it. How can I recooperate?

An apple is not the best thing to eat if you were vomiting. It is hard to digest and has acid. Try blander foods like crackers, toast, oatmeal, bananas, or mashed potatoes. You probably have a 24 hour bug. Your back hurts because you are achy and tired. Your body is fighting the bug. Take it easy. Drink fluids, but not milky products for at least another 24 hours, and rest. You should feel better by tomorrow.
