Hearing a child's genuine laugh.
There is a video on YouTube that has a baby laughing.
I think you can find it if you search "laughing baby". But, it seems to come from Germany. The father is video taping the child and the father will make a funny noise, like "BOING"... and the kid starts laughing. The baby is sitting in a high chair and has the most "adult like" laugh ever. It is hilarious.
Its about the funniest thing I have ever seen. I dont care HOW bad your day is going...seeing this child laugh will bring a smile to your face.
It causes me to start laughing uncontrollably.
Im pretty sure this video is a fountain of youth, of sorts. You cant help but feel better when you get done watching it.

I going to tell you something I've never told anyone. When I go through a toll booth,I pay for the next five cars . I drive slow to make sure the attendant doesn't rip me off.When I see the cars going through without paying I speed up so they can't thank me.THAT MAKES ME SMILE.
