What's the best way to get rid of a "kink" in my neck?!?

Question:
My neck is KILLING me! It's driving me crazy...help!

Answers:
Sleep without a pillow for a night or 2. and go to the store/or your chiropractor and get some Biofreeze, we use it for sore muslces and kinks in our necks in sports. it really helps!
Chiropractor for sure.
Watch how you aleep at night. I had to buy one of those special made pillows and it helped a lot.
Try having a massage or stretch the area as much as you can without causing too much pain.
Roll your neck and if that doesn't work, have someone give you a neck massage. That's what works for me, anyways.
Do these for kink's removal

Reducing the pain with ice and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Improving neck movement and flexibility with exercises or physical therapy.
Avoiding further neck injury by changing activities and body mechanics, such as how you sit or sleep.
Most neck pain caused by activities goes away within 4 to 6 weeks.

Chronic neck pain is first treated the same way as acute neck pain. Your health professional may prescribe stronger pain medication, such as muscle relaxers or antidepressants, and may suggest you try stress management and relaxation techniques such as massage or yoga.

Surgery is rarely required to treat neck pain. It may be considered if neck pain is caused by pressure on the spinal nerve roots, a severe injury that has broken a bone in the spine (vertebra), a tumor, or a condition such as cervical spinal stenosis.
You probly have a pinched nerve in your back.
You can try rotating your neck to find the side.
I suggest you go to a Chropractor.not a MD
