Too much alcohol?

I recommend a large mountain dew (preferably from a soda fountain) and a big bag of Skittles. (I swear, it sounds crazy, but it really really really will work. It's the sugar & caffeine.) Then, drink lots and lots of water. Take a nice hot shower, be sure to take a big glass of ice water with you, and then lay back down in bed and relaxe. A couple ibuprofen or tylenol will also help, excedrin is actually best since it has caffeine in it. Gatorade or PowerAde will help too, as it can help restore electrolytes.
Is it possible you could have had that beer on an empty stomache? If so, that is partly the reason you feel so bad. The next time you drink, be sure to eat a good meal first, especially something with pasta or another bread, as it helps absorb some of the alocohol. (At the very least, try to remember to eat a piece of loaf bread before you go to sleep.)
I'm 27 and at a little over 5 feet tall and at around 120 pounds, I understand completely how you feel right now. Even though I"ve been drinking since I was about your age, I still have days that I have a beer before bed and realize in the morning that I didn't have enough to eat and feel horrible. When you're small you really have to watch out for yourself.

Drink some gatoradeand eat some Campbell's chicken noodle soup with bread. Try to eat and drink as much as possible to soak up the alcohol.

water/gatorade and some bread does the trick. also try some tomato juice (V8), thats what I like to use.
I never heard of anyone throwing up so much over one beer, no matter their weight. Hopefully no one put anything in your drink...
