if it was me then i would be a bit worried as any surgery could have complications as its surgery, but as its minor i wouldnt be panicking.
and as you said that he has had a lot allready i dont see why this one will turn out diffrent.

99% nothing to worry about. These surgeons do these surgeries every day. It's routine to them . So don't get stressed!! :) I can tell that you are a great big sister. :)
