Question:
like when i do dishes and other stuff that include my feet being near water, they get this itchy, irritating feeling. like around my ankles...why is this and what can i do to stop it?

Answers:
Maybe you are just itchin' to go swimming!
There may be something in the water.

Is it near all water or just water in your house?

You could get your water tested to see whats in it, and get an allergy test done to see if you may be alergic to something in the water.
Talk to your mom and a doctor

You might be allergic to water. Its very rare but in some cases it causes itchy, and red skin. Then again it could just be subconsious antisipation of the shock of getting your feet wet
Could be hot in your kitchen or near your water, and also could be you have some kind of allergy like using too much sugars, or too much foods having sugars in them, as High calorie fructose, or even Honey, or eating more than one banana a day. All these causes could contribute together to give you that symptom.
Sometimes sugar containing foods are the cause of a number of allergies.
I had it once, and it was over, by rubbing it with 50% rubbing alcohol every time it was itchy.
