Can insects go into ur ear and reach ur brain?

No; your eardrum, in addition to giving you hearing, acts as a barrier to prevent things like that. However, it is possible for insects to accidentally get stuck in people's ears. (This actually happened to a friend of mine- an ant got in her ear while she was sleeping and it kept biting the inside of her ear.) If that happens, it's best to see a doctor to get it taken out, because it can be tricky to try to get it out yourself.
Of course not :))) It's not possible for a bug to enter your ear as far as your brain is, because your ear is protected...
