I think she finally wants to put it all behind, as well as get her life together by going into a rehab. How will I find one for her?

You can contact your local health services department and ask for recommendations. Better yet, get your friend to be checked up on by a doctor. The doctor will tell you of the treatment program that will be right for her. Always be there to support and encourage her. This is a really tough time that she's going through and having you there will help her get through the whole ordeal. I really do hope that she gets herself treated soon. Recovery is a long and tough road, but she can do it.
