White Urine?! is this normal?

I resently noticed that sometimes when I take a piss it starts out white then slowly clears up. Sometimes it happens even days after not having sex. what Is this substance. What is the cause of this, hormon disorder, stress, type of food..

White as in clear or white opaque if it is white opaque then see a dr immediately, a urologist if possible
