If you mean you just got your ears pierced yesterday, then you shouldn't be taking the earring out. The holes will close up on you. To prevent infection, just keep it clean.
Leave the earring in and clean around the earring with rubbing alcohol. Or some other substance used to disinfect and/or clean wounds.
clean it with peroxide daily. but the hole will close if you do that.
clean ear and earring with alcohol or peroxide
