I just took about 6 different health vitamins. is this bad for me?
Question:
Answers:
On the contrary, its usually better that way, because vitamins work together, as long as you don't overdose on one kind in the mix. Read up on it instead of guesses and "feelings" from people who don't know. The best book you can get on it, very packed with concise, yet thorough information, and very efficient to read, "Nutrition Almanac" by Lavon J. Dunne ,
ISBN 0-07-034912-6 You'll thank me for it
i would say yes
but it really depends on wut the vitamin
(btw, im guessing)
no just keep it up [ and youll be very healthy just like my grandma except she died but still good luck!!
[[try a few more and it will work evewn better]]]]
Instead of taken so mant y don't u just take a multi-vitamin?
Yes, it is. Your system needs a balance of minerals, vitamins, electrolytes, and so on. If you tip the balance, you can get really sick really fast.
Why would you do something that ... hm ... unusual?
you should drink a good couple of glasses of water with them...if in doubt search google for correct dosages of each...best using a multivamin its just one tablet..i dont think it will hurt you..no!
probably not, but your pee may be a little neon yellow.
well im not sure but you now what you can read the back label on the caution or overdose part and it will probably answer your question okay
That depends on what kind of vitamins. Water soluble vitamins, if taken in excess would be excreted so you wouldn't have much problems there except for the fact that you're taking something that isn't being used by your body. But lipid-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D E and K) would get stored and an excess could lead to a myriad of problems. You won't have a problem if this is your first time taking so many pills, but in the future, read labels and take the correct dosage.
Take no more than 2 multi-vitamin tablets per day.
Good luck.
Not at all. Hopefully they were not 6 different multivitamins because that would be bad. One multivitamin a day is enough.
