Why are people not addicted to cigar's or flavored tabacoo like they are to ciggarette's?

Question:
It seems people don't smoke mini cigars, regular cigars, or flavored tabacco like the usual ciggarette smokers? Do those type of cigars and such contain less nicotine or why do people smoke ciggarette's on a regular basis compared to cigars?

Answers:
It is true that a cigar has more nicotine and is more addictive than a cigarette, the difference is in the people. A pack-a-day smoker is equivalent to a 2-3 cigar a day smoker. As a cigar smoker, I can tell you from experience that very few people smoke cigars this often. Most are 2-3 a week if not 2-3 a month. Also, cigarette smokers smoke to get that nicotine high, which means they smoke more cigarettes and more often. Cigar smokers smoke to enjoy the characteristics of a cigar. They enjoy the taste, smell, even feel and look of a cigar. This is why more people are addicted to cigarettes than cigars, smoking purpose.
Flavored cigars or regular cigars have far more nicotine than cigarettes. And from what I have heard, cigars are just as addictive. People inhale cigars to a certain extent. Don't ever let a cigar smoker tell you otherwise. Nicotine gets in their blood. What's more, I know a lot of people who went on to cigarettes from cigars.
the makeup is a little different.

and i do have a few friends who really are addicted to the flavored cigars.

usually it leads to a cigarette addiction though.
