well it depends where you live, but check out sites of big hospitals near you and they should have on their website or a link about research studies being done and llok for ones that pay.
you could always phone up your local hospital and ask the administrator if there is any test currently being conducted
check the yellow pages for medical testing, or medical research facilities near you
