How can i become taller??


Question:
i am 16 and im 5'4 i know im still growing but i want to be like 5'9, ok i can i grow taller?..i know ive heard people say that milk helps your bones and everything but i hate milk.eww..and i know people also say that its your dna that decides it but i know people who are 5'11 and their parents are shorter than me...well there has to be something else!!

Well, your DNA friends are right. That's what determines your eventual height. It doesn't matter what your parents' height was. Lors of people are taller than their parents. And I, unfortunately, am 2 inches shorter than my mother and 13 inches shorter than my father! Nutrition helps only to the extent that starvation or really poor nutrition can stunt your growth, but I seriously doubt you are in that position. There is an operation where they cut rings around your leg bones and put screws in the cut which you crank a little further apart over time, but I doubt than any surgeon would be willing to do that to a person who is still growing. Who knows? You could end up 6 feet tall!
do alot of excersise thats what makes you grow taller but not in a drastic way either
