Am i dehydrated?!?

Question:
i was just horseback riding.my instructor was a b*tch && it was like 95 degrees out...anyway the horse i rode wouldnt cooperate so i was working like 5x as hard...anyway, i didnt drink anything during the lesson and right when i was gunna get off i couldnt breath. luckily, my dad was there & he gave me water right away...i drank the whole bottle...i felt dizzy after & my mouth like produced a thick salivia. i still do feel dizzy but not as much. like i could barley climb the stairs.

was/am i dehydrated? its just something i like to know.

Answers:
sounds like dehydration and maybe some heat exhaustion too.

Just drink plenty of fluids, and you will return to normal, it's mild if you're still conscious.

Maybe some Gatorade or other sports drink will help too... to help your body absorb the water and not just let it go straight through you.
Hmmm as soon as you feel thirsty, you are dehydrated.
umm yea those are the general signs and i think u could have fiured tht out for urself considering u said u didnt drink anything
yes, you were
Yes you were. just continue to drink water to rehydrate yourself.
