Cicadas don't have mouths. At least not the ones by me.
I would get a bug bite ointment with antihistamines in it. The one from Benadryl is great. If that doesn't make it better in a day, I would go to the doctor. Also take two Benadryl.
I would go to the Doc. I don't think Cicadas are poisionous, so it could have been anything!
