Answers:
You have all the classic symptoms of a migraine headache. A pain in one area of the head that worsens with movement or exercise, plus visual disturbances. (I get blurry vision during migraines too). It can be caused by hormonal changes. They're very common.

Take some Excedrin Migraine pills. Those have worked for me when I get migraines. If you find that you start getting nauseous or too sensitive to light, see a doctor. (It doesn't mean that something is seriously wrong, just that you'll need some extra help to numb the pain)
it might be a migraine
Sounds like a migraine to me. Try over the counter migraine meds, or they have some prescription ones that work also. It might be due to hormonal changes, smoking or stress. If you continue to get them try keeping a log of your activities, and eating habits to see if there is a pattern, then you can adjust your behaviors accordingly. Also, when I get mine I can recognize the beginning signs of it and nip it in the bud by taking a pain reliever.
