Question:
I have had diarrhea and VERY PAINFUL stomach cramps for the past two days and today is day three. My mom was sick but she got better in a day or two! I cant sleep i cant eat im afraid ill puke it out too. What medicine should i take or buy and what should i eat to lessen the effects of this? Is it just a bug or what is goin on with me help!!

Answers:
try a doctor cuz u never know it can be aids
take some pepto bismal. hope you feel better! :)
First, drink lots of water. Diarrhea can make you very dehydrated fast. Eat very plain foods, such as potatoes and oatmeal. I usually use Pepto Bismol, the pink little tablets. The natural flavour is best. Your tongue will turn balck after chewing them and sometimes your (poop) will be black too.
sounds like what i had for a weak because my mom thought it was just diarrhea. its nothing that u have to do surgery or anything just take pepto pismol ( i have no idea how to spell that ) and no soda or Orange juice and u might want to go to the doctor just incase too because im not a doctor but i had the same thing i think
The BRAT diet is what Doctors recommend--Banana's , Rice(plain), Applesauce (plain) and Toast (DRY). It is bland food, but will usually stay down and help soothe your stomach and irritated bowels. Keep taking in fluids like weak tea, sprite, even jello water will help, but no milk or juice till back to normal. If not better tomorrow, see a doctor.
I feel for you, Sweetie! That is not fun! Make sure you drink lots of water and sip on warm ginger ale (room temperature is fine!) I'd also call your doctor and make an appointment, if it was a little bug you'd be over it by now unless you have an extra-sensitive body. Sorry I can't help you with more but I'm no doctor! Feel better and keep your hands clean so no one else gets sick, too. ((hugs))
sounds to me you need to use the B.R.A.T. diet, if you aren't familiar with this (boring) menu, here it is:

B - bananas
R - rice (you may add a little butter and salt)
A - apple juice (100%)
T - toast (dry)
NO SUBSTITUTIONS

I got this a long time ago from a pediatrition when my kids were little and it has been proven to work lots of times! You should be lots! better by tomorrow, if you aren't, you should call your doctor.
Hope you feel better real soon! Cheers!
This could be serious if it continues much longer. It is most important to keep hydrated with diarrhea as a symptom. If you can't tolerate any foods, start with sipping Pedialyte or Gatorade. Gradually increase your diet as tolerated to include apple or cranberry juice, Jello, broth. If that works for a day or so, you can begin to graduate to other non-clear foods like orange juice or tomato soup (but they might irritate the stomach since they are acidic) or cream soups. Then you can progress to the BRAT diet others have recommended.

Shoot for an intake of at least 1/2 gallon of fluids daily to prevent dehydration. If this is a bacterial infection, choose artificially sweetened juices and Jello to keep from feeding the bacteria sugar (they love it, and you will be more miserable).

If the problem persists through the weekend, definitely go to urgent care. You may need more thorough workup to determine whether you have a bigger problem like an ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease or irritable bowel syndrome. Watch for bloody diarrhea, or if you vomit, blood in the vomitus. These are serious; go to an emergency room immediately.
i m sorry i do'n t no
