How long do legs have to be to be considered long?

Question:
The reason I ask is that I read an article that said people with long legs relative to their height have a lower risk for diabetes and other diseases.

Answers:
Over 32 inches I think. Most pants in "Long" are 34 or more inches.
I'm sure it's a ratio.
Like to know what it is, cuz I think I've got em too!
