Stomach bloating and foods?

Question:
what are the best foods to eat when you have stomach bloating and pain often? what foods should I stay away from ?

Answers:
It differs from person to person. Some examples are broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, MSG, salty foods, white rice. If you're really suffering- keep a journal and figure out what triggers it for you. Oh- I know I can't drink Gatorade unless I'm really sweaty- that gets me bloated quick!
What do you mean when you say you have a bloated stomach and pain? Is this before eating or after eating and if its after eating then you have an allergy to something you're eating,I found that I was allergic to MSG, and if I ate anything with MSG in it I bloated out and it was painful, so I would look at what your ''diet'' consists of and thru the process of elimination you can find the foods you can't eat.
