Green poop?
Question:
Answers:
Oh, goodness, people ask this all the time. Green poop is usually caused by digesting things more quickly than usual, causing the poop to still have some bile (which is green) left in it. It can also be caused by certain food dyes (I even once participated in a study that showed that Pitch Black Mountain Dew causes jade green poop), but I doubt the blue Italian Ice did it; it's usually foods with green or black dyes that are the culprit. As long as you don't feel sick, you're fine and you don't need to worry.
A lot of food dyes will cause color changes in stool. Even certain foods can do it. Jello is notorious for it. And even Kool Aid. Just watch and if it continues, see your doctor. If it turns black that could mean something else so then you go quickly.
