Question:
For the past week and a half I have woken up everyday with night sweats. I usually wake up every 2-3 times a night with sweats and scared. I am fairly healthly however I have a job in which I have to get up earlier than I am used to. Is this normal? Should I see someone?
Answers:
Well these things do happen. Sometimes night sweats are caused if your bedroom is hot inside or because you're using too much bedclothes then you begin to sweat which is normal. But if you're not using too much bedclothes or if your bedroom is not hot then something must be wrong. Try making your bedroom cold a bit and lessen the bedclothes and if you still have night sweats then consult you doctor.
