Answers:
Use less salt and exercise. No product really works alone. They all work in conjunction with exercise.
Check out Nivea's Cellulite gel and patches.. They really do work.. You put the gel on twice a day and then you can sleep with the patches on. They work wonders
I heard Coffee Grinds work. Just take a handful and start rubbing it into your skin.
Cellulite is not a disease, but a common condition appearing in over 90% of women after puberty, predominantly affecting areas of the hips, thighs, buttocks, tummies and backs of the arms. Cellulite is the body's emergency store of body fat, but its ugly, unsightly and unwanted appearance makes one conscious.
It is also seen in men but less often. Women tend to store fat on their lower halves of their body’s such as the hips, thighs, buttocks and backs of the arms. Women are more prone to poor circulation and fluid retention. As cellulite develops in fatty tissue, the more fatty tissue we have, the more cellulite we may develop. Common symptoms are cold hands and cold feet. Swollen feet and swollen ankles especially in the heat and after standing are the most common symptoms of fluid retention.

Some of the common causes of cellulite are: Chronic Overeating, Too Little Exercise, Under-Active Thyroid Hormone and Intolerance to Common Foods

Some of the causes of poor drainage either by the veins or the lymph system are…

1. Broken, Weak, Varicose Veins
2. Inherited Weakness of the Veins
3. Poor Lymph System Drainage or Disease to the Delicate Lymph Vessels
4. Poor Lymph System Inherited Weakness
5. Stress / Anxiety

HOME REMEDIES: CELLULITE
* Losing fat helps cure cellulite by shrinking fat cells.
* Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables—low in calories yet packed with nutrients—and drink fruit and vegetable juices.
* Add about 2 cups of sea salt to warm bathwater and sit in the soothing waters for at least 20 minutes.
* People who are constipated on a regular basis usually have cellulite. Eat plenty of high-fiber foods like green vegetables and grains every day.
* Drink beverages at room temperature rather than ice-cold. Ice constricts your esophagus and stomach, hindering the flow of digestive enzymes into your stomach
* Practice healthy eating habits. Chew your food thoroughly and avoid eating snacks at night.
* Drink lots of water. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water.
* Avoid coffee and smoking cigarettes.
* Press a soft-bristled brush gently onto your skin and rotate it in circular movements from head to toe or on cellulite areas alone.
* A deep breath also helps clean out toxic carbon dioxide from all your cells.
* Avoid stress and try to remain calm and happy.
* Use warm coffee grounds rubs on where ever the cellulite is then rap clear plastic wrap let sit for about 5 mins.
* Take caffinatted coffee, grind it into dust & mix with cheap hand lotion, rub this into your problem spots for 60 second a day, then shower it off & watch those cellulite areas become smoother & firmer.
* A healthy low-fat, high fibre diet containing plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables also helps to reduce fat from the body.
* Stop eating foods high in saturated and hydrogenated fats.
* Remain active. Do some physical activity.
* Reduce the amount of salt you intake.
* Take 20 to 30 drops of juniper essential oil and mix it with 4 ounces of olive oil. Apply the mixture to your hands and then massage the areas of your body where cellulite is a problem
* Do easy exercise such as skipping, swimming or even shopping can help.

go jogging in the morning, or take up another for of exercise that is going to work your legs, like dancing. Drinks LOTS of water, exfoliate your legs regualry and use lots of creams - try some anti - cellulite creams - and massage your legs thoroughly twice a day. That should do it!
If not, cut down on fattening foods.
Good Luck xx
Well you cant completely get ride of it but you can reduce the appearance of them. There's alot of over the counter things you can try. One of those things is Jergens skin firming lotion. It tones and tightens. Its a daily moisturizer that visibly reduces the appearance of cellulite. Try that or this other stuff out there that you can try to see what works best for you. Good luck
you need to lower your fat% in your body, go to a gym and have your fat tested - I am 29 and I don't have an ounce of cottage cheese.

You need to exercise, lift weights & run - get a routine going. Eat low fat, only good carbs like a potato, whole wheat pasta and whole wheat bread, eat green veggies & eat high protein levels (turkey, chicken) and try not to eat any red meat. Watch how you cook things - NO BUTTER EVER! Try steaming or using Pam spray.

That will help!
