Sleep regularly - standing up causes you to shrink.
Eat good food - vegetarian isn't necessarily best, so the diet must be balanced
Get regular exercise.
That's the physical bit...
The emotional bit - believe in yourself, even when others are proclaiming their doubts from the highest roof.
Theres no hard proof. But to increase your chances, drink milk that has higher amounts of calcium added, and other dairy products for strong bone growth. Also eat a good varied diet of meats and veges and fruit. As if you look back say a few hundred years ago in desert villages and further back in ancient times, they found most the doorways where for people about 5ft in height.Back then the average diet was very poor, consisting of basic bread with ground up rocks in it.
Nowadays with a much better diet you see young teenagers easily 6ft and more, due to a much better diet.
It's also genetics of course, but if you do those diet ideas it will greatly increase your chances of natural height growth in my opinion.
Genes play a big part. They control your hormones and how long your bones grow. Of course, once you've stopped growing and still think yourself too short, you can have height-lengthning surgery, where they break the bones in your leg and insert metal rods to lengthen your legs.
Jack Daniels, also helps with facial hair growth!
Your height depends on your genes..so if u want to grow taller...u need a miracle
If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.
1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. Good luck
Well, here's how it is. Your genes will act as a 'cap', setting the maximum height you can grow. Tehre's not much you can fdo about that. However, your genes only dictate the maximum height you can be. You could end up shorter than that if you don't get the right nutrients or get sick a lot.
If you want to be as tall as your genes will let you be, you need to stay healthy. Basically, eat well, excercise, and don't get sick. Sickness will stunt your growth, as will drug use; both of them cause immense strain on your body.
