There's nothing like it. I think it just maybe the secret to living a long healthy life. I wish I could go every week, but unfortunately it's about 45 dollars for a half hour.
You can go to a message therapy school and get it for 20 bucks for 45 minutes, but the therapists are gonna be hit or miss.
