Drug Testing?
Question:
Answers:
Different drug tests accept different cut-off values for detecting a substance in your body. What this means is that if there is a small amount of a drug in your system it could register, but not be a high enough value to come out positive for canniboids.
Since it was a small amount, there is a chance that the level of canniboids in your blood during the test were low enough to be "under the radar," but there is also a possibility that you will not pass.
Fortunately, you can tell them there is no way you did any drugs and request a retest (some tests are known for a high rate of "false positives"). Sometimes if you request a retest for a drug test they will put it under mroe scrutiny, so if you plan to do this as a back-up make sure you are drug free and perhaps even take some other precautions (there are special drinks at some head shops).
The problem with THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, is that it is stored in your fat cells. This is why it stays in your body for so long because fat is stored in your body for a long time and it is hard to burn off.
To clean your system I recomend drinking lots of water, eating a NO fat diet for a week and excercising like a maniac. Then for the week before the test, eat nothing but fried, fatty yum yum foods!
I have to be honest with you, I think it will show up as a trace amount. But I don't know for sure because I have never smoked it. I have heard though that the tests are pretty sensitive.
I've heard different stuff. I've heard that you have to smoke pretty often for it to show up because the tests won't detect small amounts. I've heard tests can show up positive for being in close proximity to the smoke. If I had to bet, I would say that you will test dirty. Most other drugs are out of your system in 3 days, but marijuana is in there for close to 30 days. You can always go buy one at your drug store and see if it comes out positive if you are really worried.
