How can I be healthier!?

Because it is summer, I basically lay around all day. And, now I am feeling like crap. I eat and I feel sick or my stomach hurts, I get headaches and neckaches, everything. I can sit in front of a computer for hours straight and then when I get tired of that, I sit and watch TV and go back and forth. I eat a lot, but I have a weird stomach problem so I am 100 pounds and 5"5. I think it is affecting me...what can I do to make myself more healthy?

Only 3 common things to good health .
(1) Exercise , (2) get Proper Sleep ( somewhere around 8 hrs. (3) a Healthy Diet .
Exercise :- anything to speed your heart-rate up a little . it can be as simple as a 20 min. walk
Proper Sleep :- this one has a million answers ! Some people operate normally on 5 and 1/2 hrs. of sleep on a nightly basis . others need 10 hrs. Really personal .
Healthy Diet :- could type forever about this one ! An interesting fact , though . Dieticians will tell you to eat , not 3 times a day , but , 4 > 6 times a day !
In this scenario , you're eating smaller amounts throughout the day ! Keep away from the salty , fattening junk-food .

Make an appointment with your doctor . maybe he can direct or refer you to a dietician . At any rate , get yourself on a healthy food kick .
Drink water,eat fruits and vegetables.You may want to see a doctor if gets bad.
get up and move around. try going for a bike ride or going for a walk. Even just get your friends to go to the mall with you or something so you get up and move around. any activities at this point would help.
Stop watching tv. It sounds like you are just inactive because its summer, so instead of sitting around all day, do some sort of physical activity everyday. Laying around all day can cause the headaches and neckaches. If you would work your muscles, burn more calories, and have fun at the same time, I bet you will feel a lot better.
Basically you need to take more vitamins, drink a lot of fruit juice and try improving your diet, even if its just an apple or something. Obviously, more exercise is useful; even if its just going to the shop to get a magazine with a friend since its fresh air and a bit of a change. Even if exercise is too much trouble, do activities like bowling or swimming that are fun, and can be social activities so it doesnt feel like work.
Take a multivitamin every day.
