I have trouble sleeping.obviously(its 2:00 in the morning)?

I have the same problem. Its 4 am where I am. I was trying to figure out my issue and I think its because I don't get enough exercise during the day. Perhaps a workout routine.

you have to keep more active during the day is 1...also dont workout or eat when its close to your bed time..
Turn on a fan, and concentrate on the sound.. maybe the droning of the fan will lull you to sleep. Didn't work for me, but heck, it may work for you.
sometimes i listen to really soft music like jewel and just kinda sing along with the music or words, it really helps me.
sometimes nothing works it just depends on how life is going for you just keep ur head up
do you drink coffee? if you do dont, caffeine can stay in your body for up to 14hours. You could try sleepin pills, or allergy tablets (which make you drowsy). but oherwise you should go seek advice from your doctor.
Try to work hard during day and then you will be tired...
well you cant do this right now but exercise is like magic when it comes to boosting your energy levels and helping you sleep!, i went on 1 jog and for a few days after that i could feel the benefits!!
but you have to keep it up once you started!
I found a safe, over-the-counter sleep aid called Melatonin...(it's in the Vitamin section of the store) that works pretty well and doesn't "put" you to sleep...but it does "nudge" you toward sleep by making you slightly sleepy...and then all you have to do is lay down and...zZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
Best over the counter product I've ever encountered...doesn't leave you groggy, but don't take more than 2 (1 is usually enough)...three will make you slightly hallucinate...
well if you wake up too late then you wont be that tired
or if you didnt do much today and just kind of sat around most of the day
its 2:00 and im not tired.
but i would try watching tv for a while
or read something that makes me tired.
if your hungry get something to eat without sugar
if your hott put on shorts if you dont have them on already and dont sleep with a blanket on
if your cold get a sweatshirt or something to warm you up
those are all things that dont really have anything medical to do with them but they can keep you up
Drink some warm milk ..
Or eat a turkey sandwitch . Aviod cokes or high caffeen drinks ...
Take a warm bath ... or go for a run /swim /walk ..
I have the same problem sometimes. i would first ask if you've had caffeine of any kind..or maybe you're stressing or upset or excited about something..?? try laying in the dark and letting ur body relax if not then..i don't know if u want to but try some sleeping pills or something that will make u sleep. when i cant sleep and I've tried everything else..i usually take NyQuil it works very well..Good luck
I also have that sometimes probably if you took too much energy or caffeine. The best way is maybe to spray some flower smell on your clothes wich WILL help, also try a warm drink not tea or coffee. Also try earblockers they work too. Also make sure your comfortable when your sleeping. And if it still doesn't work then try a doctor. Also try to forget the toughts in your mind. Hope I helped.
