is the a certain name for some one who lies all the time but they dont realize that they do it. like over little things..?? like they dont mean to make stuff up but they do it anyways like a health problem?

and is there a problem for someone making random numbers up lol. liek my brother will be like yeah u paid like 100 no 200 not 230 like he makes numbers up he has no clue what they cost. or he tries to talkabout something and hell be like yeah i seen this car that was a 1936 (what ever car) and your thinking umm they didnt even haev that type of car then lol.
