I periodically, maybe twice a year, get this lttle rash like area just above the split in my butt,!?

Question: I have been getting this for the last 20-30 years! I had a herpes test done several times, but it was negative. I have monitored it and it seems to appear when I am stressed out! What could it be? It goes away on its own!

have your doctor check out if its shingles. i get them often too during real stressing times. my doc didnt know what it was so sent me to a skin dr and he knew right away what it was.
