i was prescribed provera for 10 days and take xanax is this dangerous to mix these two drugs together?

Drugs.com suggests to notify your doctor if you are taking birth control pills with Xanax. Now, I do not know if that includes the depo-provera injection but I would assume so. I would also like to mention other respected sites do not mention anything about mixing Provera and Xanax.
Bottom line: Unless you begin to have negative symptoms you should be alright.
