there are many programs out there that help you "exercise" your eye muscle. by wearing glasses, you make it worse, because instead of your muscles working, they just do nothing.

Avoid any bright light such as the sun and metal being welded, and also take Vitamin A supplements. Vitamin A is essential for eye health, as well as skin and teeth. If you have always had bad eyesight, you probably can't improve your eyesight greatly because your eyes have slightly more or less convex lenses. Vitamin A will help maximize what your lenses are capable of.
You can do exercises to improve your eyesight. I have been doing them for years, and I have improved my eyesight. I recommend the Deepak Chopra, MD - "Magical Mind, Magical Body", (Nightingale Conant, 1990). A six-tape guidebook for approaching perfect health and total well-being. I like to do the exercises outside in the sunlight.
