You can't take an 'upper' for anxiety ... anxiety is 'related to depression' but you would take a 'downer' for it. As for you 'breast feeding' your baby while on ANY psychotropic medication, YOU ARE INSANE if you think your baby isn't getting WAY TOO MUCH of the stuff you are taking. So ... STOP BREAST FEEDING, and ask your doctor for a prescription for Vistaril, or something similar ... it's an 'anti-nausea' drug, it's an antihistamine (for allergies and bad colds), and it also helps people with 'anxiety' problems. I take it as an 'anti-nausea' drug, and the only 'side effect' is I get 'a little sleepy' ... but still have enough 'energy' to get through my day without any BAD SIDE EFFECTS.
