It is kind of like a soreness feeling, i started feeling it this morning, and just about 10 minutes ago i started to feel nauseated but i think that because i ate a bowl of cereal and my stomach has a low tolerance to milk. But im not sure what it could be. And i am a male.

Sounds like you are way to worried about a little pain. I had the stomach flue and it felt like someone was gutting me from the inside out, it happens. You sound alot better off than I was!
