Am i drinking too much water?

Question:
I am drinking 10 bottles of water a day that are each 16.9 fl oz which is 169 fl oz of water, 48 ounces over a gallon. I go to the gym every day and work out / do cardio for 1 hour 30 mins usually and do some occasional weight lifting at home. Also i weigh 195 pounds and take in 190 lb of protein. I am just wondering if i am drinking too much water and if it could cause water intoxication or any other harmful effect. Thanks in advance.

i have never in my life heared water can be bad wow i;m pretty sure it;s not bad water should be good for the body
well i never heard water was bad either and i heard drinking at least 6 glasses of water helps the body out alot

not just milk lol

and my dad drinks alot of water hes about 67 now and hes in great shape not rock hard or nothen but hes as healthy as i am =] and he drinks about 10 glasses of water a day
Well you can drink up to 6 litres of water a day and not exercise and still be healthy once you satart drinking more than 6 litres of any fluid in one day often with out any exersize what so ever then it can damage/flush your kidneys but you would have to drink over 8 litres everyday for that to happen. (or so i have heard).
But i am not sure how many oz are in a litre.
But trust me your fine. alot of fluid gets absorbed into your body and when you exercise it is being replenished even more so trust me your fine drinking that much water.
It is recommended that you don't drink more that 3-4 litres of water a day. You should drink at least 2 litres (8 glasses a day) however.
