So I just got this job I really wanted today and I just have to pass an oral drug test. It was this thing you hold between your gums and cheek for 2 mins and then stick in this blue liquid but i wont know results for a week. I am clean, however, I have been around other pot smokers in the past 2 weeks and I also take ephedrine and perscribed phentermine. I read the test checks for amphetamines and methamphetamine and Im worried they might have an effect on the results. Any information would be helpful and any advice on if I fail because of these things would be too! Thanx!

You say your clean,so stay away from pot users for a few days,also stay off those prescriptions until after the results. On most applications they ask you if you take any medications. You should have said,yes and brought the medication to show them. You have a right to ask for another drug test if the other result come out possitive and you feel your clean.
