Which fish should I eat if I want to get the 3-6-9 omega fish oil directly from fish instead of in capsules?

Question:

Answers:
Generally it is the oily fish such as mackerel, herring, sardines, salmon. Tinned or canned oily fish is also high in omega oils, I'm not sure about 9. Sunflower spreads such as Flora in England also contain the omega oils. Also check out some seeds such as linseed and flax.
well lets see i think any fish can help. but you are going to have to eat at least lb of fish for 3 days a week. i mean its easier to just take pill and be done with it. probably every day. its what it helps that you need and the doc knows this.
