Evertime i do squats my thigh and llegs hurt when i im only doing 10 to 20 why is that?

Question:
is thier a proper way to do them, and how many should i do a day

Answers:
you're doing them properly if you feel it! it helps if you put your back against a wall, and make sure the small of your back is also pressed against it (your pelvis tucked under) and go down until you are parallel to the ground (knees at 90 degree angle) hold for a count of 10-20. alternate doing it with your feet turned in, out, and parallel to eachother. do them everyother day and do about 5 sets of them (about 60 secs) good luck!
noo, silly..

it means that its working..
haha=]
ur probably not used to working out, u need to stretch out before u work out, and after
It depends on lots of things, how much weight are you squatting, are you hydrating, do you have any prior knee/leg injuries, are you squatting correctly, are your legs already tired from doing cardio right before? I would def. look at some fitness websites with pictures, or buy a fitness magazine, and make sure your doing it properly.
just bad out of shape is all just do less and build up
Thats because your using your weight.The legs are getting a major workout.Do them untill you ache a little,then I would stretch.You will be sore the next day untill you get used to them.
