Does your stomach expand every time you eat?

and you feel full when your stomach is fully expanded?
and then it shrinks after digesting?
my friend told me this and made me feel really stupid for not knowing it, but I have never heard this in my life.

Your stomach expands-only if you over eat. It later goes back to it's original size. This question was asked on Hollywood Squares recently.
Yes it's true. It can also get bigger over time if eat a ton of food for every meal.
Along with that, it can get smaller over time if you hardly eat.
I'm not talking about having a fat gut. I mean the actual stomach. You can't really tell the size just by looking at someone.
