I think I need a Doctor, is any of you one?

Question:
I think I need to see a doctor but I dont want to go see one because I have seen them so many times this year.

Heres what it is: I have painful strains in the back of my neck wich cause pain and which leads to pain in other parts of that side of the head including the eye. It makes me want to click my neck and when I do it isnt relieved. Any suggestions.

Answers:
it may be your posture are you bending over a computer for long periods of time it is too diffucult to tell you what it may be , and no i'm not a doctor
i would advise not clicking your neck like that - very bad for you -there is a roll on pain killer called arth-rx in any pharmacy -it works by blocking pain signals -to the brain -i would also recommend that you see a rheumatologist if this continues
I had a similar pain earlier this year and my doctor told me I had or had had a trapped nerve which had caused my neck muscle to go into spasm.
Try putting a hot water bottle (although not too hot obviously) on your neck, not easy I admit but it does help. The doc also gave me anti inflamatory medication, Ibruprofen, the two together worked but it did take about 10days.
could be stress get a head massage and rest your head more, did you know your head weighs a stone
i know some heads that weigh 2 stone and i daresay a lot of others do they are called BIG HEADS
Try Non-steroidals like Ibruprofen or paracetamol as advised in the leaflet. A warm compress to the back of your neck. if this is no better in couple of days see your gp.
Tight muscles and fascia press, shear, block, and strangle both blood vessels and nerves throughout the body. “Muscle tension headache” can mean very simply “headache due to tight muscles” “You’re just tense”
Following is a possible cause. The upper trapezius refers a "fish-hook" pain pattern up the back side of the neck to the head, and around the temple to the eye. There may be goosebumps to upper arm and thigh possibly with nausea and visual disturbances. It is often fired off by heavy bags or purses, by balancing phones between head and shoulder poor posture while using a computer, or by tight SCM or scalene muscles.

The nauseating pain of a one-sided trapezius headache is commonly diagnosed as "migraine." Strangely, migraine medications often fail to relieve the pain.

go to a dentist. Your teeth may not be meeting properly. this would cause strain on the joints and muscles of the head and neck leading to symptoms you described.
It doesnt matter how many times youve been at your Dr's,its time you went again, its their job to try make you feel better and investigate any problems you are having.
If you will not see a Doctor try seeing an Osteopath,
I see one they click your bones for you but the correct way
(No It Does Not Hurt If It’s Done Properly)
Could be a disc problem in the neck.
