Stomach aches, lack of apetite!?

Question:
This started last december when i used to get really bad heartburn from food, usually chinese or garlic foods. However this stopped after a few months. Now however, in the last 2 months I have a lack of apetite sometimes I have to force my self to eat and I have pains in my lower stomach. It gets particularly bad a night time. Anyone know what this may be. I will see a doctor in a few weeks once i get home (I'm away studying at the moment) but just wondered if anyone has an idea what may be wrong. Thanks.

Answers:
More than likely your bowel movement is not
up to scratch, usually it`s pain in your colon
with slow moving waste, best try Senna cot tablets
to help movement of your bowels, eat plenty of
roughage, oranges, brown bread and bran, cut out
white bread.
appendicitis maybe if its in the right abdominal area
you might have an infection in your gut, you really ought to see a doctor
Please get a diagnosis from your Doctor.
