I think i have a Pilonidal Cyst i am in extreme pain i can hardly sit down and i was up from 2am this morning with severe pain, in pictures on google it shows the cist to be higher then mine is... mine is inbetween my butt crack at the back, tucked quiet far in to the crack.. this is extremely unconfortable i dont wish this on anyone, has anyone had experience with this and an outcome? i am going to the doctors tongiht and i will post more information for you all i hope this helps other people with this problem in the future, thanks for reading

yes, I had a Pilonidal Cyst and it had to be removed. Many times doctors try draining the cyst, but nothing helps but a complete surgical removal. You will be so happy once you have it out of you.
Been there done that. Minor surgery to remove the cyst to prevent re-infection. If not done the cyst will get progressively bigger with each infection. Good Luck.
