Is this a medical condition or a mental one, or just a stupid coincidence?

Question:
I am a 16 year old girl; more or less healthy. I have not so recently noticed that every time I am going to get out I start having abdominal pains & diarrhea; sometimes accompanied by a stomach ache and nausea. Sometimes I get over it and get out and sometimes I don't because of the diarrhea.

Do you know what this is or why it happens? Or do you know anybody who has similar symptoms? Also, do you suggest any analysis (blood, urine, stool)?

Thank you for reading, and thanks in advance for your answer.

Answers:
Although the stomach pain and nausea can be psychosomatic, it's highly unlikely with the diarrhea. You will need to see your GP and get a diagnosis as two or all three symptoms can be linked together. If this has been going on for sometime, it could be caused by your liver. However, if it's only been a day or two, it could be food poisoning. Regardless of what it may or may not be, you won't know until you have had a blood test. If it's been going on for more than two or three days, you will need to either see your GP as an Emergency appointment or go to casualty. Hope you get well soon!
Anticipative anxiety could be one of the factors. If possible, contact a good homeopath in your area.
It sounds like you may have anxiety or panic disorder. Call a doctor right away.
Anxiety. An antidepressant should stop it if it becomes too bad.
