I have a strange condition:?

Question:
I have a really hard time breathing and I am always short of breath. I constantly have to catch my breath. This is often followed by a cough. It is also impossible for me to breathe out of my nose so this problem worsens during talking and eating (because I am giving my mouth -- primary breathing source more than one task). How can I unclog my nose without taking medications and how can I stop the cough.

Answers:
You really need to go to a doctor. You might have asthma or another respiratory problem. You might even have a heart problem. Self treatment could make things worse. Just make an appointment right away and save yourself the trouble.
You may have asthma - which can be readily treated - so go see your doctor.
There could be more going on than is possible to diagnose on here. You doctor is the person to whom you should be talking.
i tell my kids blow your nose, do this when you first get up , after you bath as much as you can really then if you get no better go to the docter.
Sounds like asthma or allergies to me.
